It is also action-oriented and direct when necessary, providing accountability, and challenging people to take incremental steps toward meaningful change. Grounded in existential philosophy, I take a positive view of mental health and think both within and beyond diagnostic lines. Education and Training I have a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from OISE, University of Toronto and my PhD work focused on the growing mental health crisis across Canada and the US.
